At The Washington, we understand the importance of providing a welcoming and comfortable community for our residents and their pets. Our apartments are open and spacious, allowing for easy movement and relaxation. Our community is designed to make you feel at home, with a range of amenities and services to enhance your living experience.

Pet Policy

We welcome cats, dogs, and other pets at our property, with a maximum of two pets per unit. There is no weight restriction on pets, but we do require a $25 monthly fee per pet. As a responsible pet owner, you will be liable for any damage caused by your pet to the apartment community. Additionally, pets must be leashed when on community property outside the owner's apartment or visiting in the apartment of another resident. Cats and dogs must wear a collar with identification tags at all times. We also have a 20-gallon fish tank limit, and pets should not disturb the health, safety, rights, comfort or peaceful and quiet enjoyment of other tenants.
