Our Story

Bottle Rocket Brewing Company, nestled in the heart of Seward, Nebraska, started as a dream in 2014, nourished by the passion for crafting exceptional craft beer. Founded by Gerald Homp and Jason Berry, with brewmaster Ryan Koch at the helm, we embarked on a journey to share our love for great-tasting beer with our community.

Our small batch brewing process in our historic mill allows us to experiment and refine our recipes, resulting in diverse and flavorful beers. Our Facilities

Our dedicated team proudly calls two unique locations home. Our cozy taproom and event space in the historic Campbell's Seed Company Mill offers a welcoming atmosphere for enjoying a frosty mug and socializing. Additionally, our state-of-the-art production facility in the old Seward Youth building allows us to brew and distribute our beers across the state.
