Our Team

With nearly 70 professionals in five offices, meet a few of our all-star staff members. Rick Sidor, PE, serves as the President, while Jeff Endicott, PE, is the Vice President and Sr. Director of Engineering. Rick Furlong, PLS, is the Vice President and Director of Surveying and Mapping. Anthony Mistretta, PE, is the Vice President and Director of Engineering, and Frank Coyle is the Director of Planning. Melanie Sotelo is the Associate Vice President and Director of Environmental Services. Kim Boydstun is a Senior Biologist, and Patrick Flanagan, PE, is a Project Manager and Engineer. Timothy Odebunmi is an Environmental Analyst and UAV Pilot, and Michael Kolbenschlag, RLA, is the Director of Environmental Services.
