Our Services
At Hamilton Home, we offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our residents. Our 24-hour care and assistance program provides support with activities of daily living, including dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, as well as incontinence care and medication management. Our experienced staff are trained to provide individualized care to each of our 18 residents, ensuring that they receive the attention and support they need to thrive.
In addition to our care services, we also offer a range of amenities and activities designed to engage and enrich the lives of our residents. Our gourmet kitchen serves up delicious meals and snacks, and our activities program includes everything from art classes to movie nights. We also offer a range of outdoor activities, including gardening and patio time, to ensure that our residents stay connected to nature and the outdoors.
Our Facilities
Our newly remodeled 5,300 square foot facility is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our residents. With 9 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, our home is spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of natural light and beautiful views. Our large activity room hosts a variety of fun and engaging activities, and our elegant living room provides a cozy space for residents to relax and socialize.
