Honest, Experienced Personal Injury Lawyers in Columbus

At Fast Lane Talent Agency, we are a boutique agency located in Charlotte, North Carolina, dedicated to representing talented individuals in the entertainment industry. Established in 2005, our agency initially specialized in stunt driving, doubles, and professional pit crew members for NASCAR-themed films, commercials, and running footage. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include an acting division, specializing in "real people" types to meet the demands of the film industry in the Southeast.

With over 25 years of combined experience in the film industry, our staff has worked alongside producers, directors, casting directors, advertising agencies, and actors. Our founder and owner, Genna Long, brings over 18 years of production management and producing experience to our agency. Renee Vesci, our talented agent, has extensive experience in production and has worked on numerous national and regional commercials, as well as documentaries. Allison Rose, our New Faces Director, started her acting career on various stages in New York at a young age and has diverse production knowledge from years on set.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including union and non-union talent of all ages for film, television, commercials, industrials, voice-over, and commercial print. Our experienced team takes pride in connecting our talented actors, stunt performers, and pit crew members to casting directors and productions around the country.

Talent Search

Are you interested in being represented by Fast Lane Talent? We welcome the opportunity to take on new talent that have the passion, persistence, training, and professional materials needed to make it in this competitive business. For Principal Division Actors, we require current professional headshots and at least one competitive acting reel on Actors Access and 800 Casting accounts. Additionally, an IMDbPro account is mandatory for TV or film roles.

Submission Process

To submit for consideration, please follow these steps:

  • Complete the pre-registration form on 800Casting and upload a headshot and full-body shot.
  • Ensure your profiles are up to date on Actors Access and IMDB.
  • Do not submit with non-professional or cell phone headshots.
  • Allow 2-3 weeks for review and response.

We will review submissions and contact you via email if interested in your talent. You will be sent three scripts for remote video auditions (commercial, film, and industrial) for remote video auditions. After reviewing the auditions, we will schedule a Zoom meeting to discuss short-term and long-term goals.

Kid's FAQ

We receive many questions about getting kids into the business. Here are some tips to carefully consider:

  • Kids need to be able to confidently stand in front of a room that holds a director, producer, client, ad agency rep, and casting director.
  • They need the poise and confidence to state their lines clearly and remember their cues.
  • Around age 4, kids enter that door alone to audition. They need to be able to handle the pressure and perform confidently.

Final Thoughts

At Fast Lane Talent Agency, we are committed to the growth and success of our talent and take pride in connecting our talented actors, stunt performers, and pit crew members to casting directors and productions around the country. If you're interested in being represented by our agency, we welcome the opportunity to review your materials and schedule a meeting to discuss your goals.
