Our Team

Our team is led by Chris Fucci, the Founder of Chris Fucci Associates. Chris began his career in commercial real estate, construction, and property management as part of his family-owned businesses in Northern New England. With his expertise in organizational development, finance placement, business valuation, and merger/acquisition services, he has helped clients in various industries, such as professional services, hospitality, and manufacturing, across the US. Chris has also funded and operated 18 independent for-profit businesses and 3 non-profit organizations.

Kiki McShane is a co-founder and a managing partner at FarVision Consulting with over 30 years of experience in the business consulting industry. Her expertise lies in providing advisory and organizational development services to companies in various industries, including oil refining, automobile dealerships, travel and hospitality, education, and beverage bottling. Her ability to solve complex problems and lead effective transitions has helped businesses achieve their goals.

Our commercial properties services specialize in both Seller and Buyer representation for the Commercial Real Estate market in both Vermont and New Hampshire. Our business brokerage services, offered through FarVision Consulting, help facilitate the sale or purchase of a business by establishing a system of communication that is informative, objective, and supportive to both parties.

As a team, we have vast experience in the 1031 Tax Free Exchange process, having represented both Buyers and Sellers in individual transactions, some of which have been valued in excess of $10 million. Our expertise in problem-solving and effective conflict resolution enables us to produce successful transactions and objective guidance for our clients.
