Wilson Machine & Tool, Inc. is a custom precision machining company that has been serving the industry with exceptional service and quality work since 1990. Founded by Ray Wilson in Sanford, NC, the company has grown to have a team of 26 CNC machines and a dedicated team of employees who take pride in their work. Today, Ray is joined by his daughter Alexis, an Industrial Engineer from NC State University, who is committed to continuing the family business and introducing new ways to improve production efficiency without sacrificing quality.

At Wilson Machine & Tool, we specialize in precision CNC machining and are dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, which is a testament to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Our 18,000 sq. ft facility is located in Sanford, NC, and our growth has been solely due to word of mouth from engineers who have had the pleasure of doing business with us for nearly 30 years.
