Our Story
Our journey began with our co-founders, Lucas Mendieta and Nathan Perry. Lucas, a former homeless teen, built a successful life and launched Cutting Edge Elite in multiple cities. He brings his street smarts and people skills to the table, making him a valuable asset in the sales and staffing departments. Nathan, a Duke University alumni, launched the company in 2007 and has a philosophy focused on investing in his personnel, with a focus on training, direction, and teamwork.

Maria Henriquez, our administrative coordinator, is pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and is always ready for her next adventure. Leona Clark, our HR coordinator and enlistment officer, has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is a lover of art, makeup, and Steven Universe.
