Jan Meyer, Co-Owner and President, brings over two decades of experience in Human Resources and staffing to her role. A true champion of community engagement, Jan has served as President of both the Gaston County Personnel Association and the Arrowood Association. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise to organizations like the Chamber of Commerce and the School Board, demonstrating a deep commitment to fostering positive change. Kim McDonald, Co-Owner and Vice-President, expertly manages the company's internal operations. Her two decades of experience in staffing and Human Resources, coupled with her certification within the industry, ensure that Elite Resources consistently delivers on its promise of exceptional service.
