"Frenchness Guaranteed" - where love is added to every dish
Our Story
At Ghini's French Caffe, we are proud to be a beloved institution in the heart of Tucson, Arizona. Our story is one of passion, creativity, and a deep love for the culinary arts. Our founder, Chef Coralie Satta, grew up in Marseille, France, where she developed a lifelong passion for cooking alongside her mother and grandmother. Her journey to the United States and eventual opening of Ghini's in 1992 was a culmination of her lifelong dream to share the flavors and traditions of Southern France with the people of Tucson.
Our Philosophy
At Ghini's, our philosophy is simple: to emphasize freshness and simplicity in every dish we create. We believe that the humblest of ingredients can be elevated to new heights when combined with love, care, and a deep respect for the culinary arts. That's why we source only the freshest, locally grown ingredients to create dishes that are not only delicious but also good for you. We believe that food has the power to nourish both body and soul.
Our Menu

We take pride in our ability to accommodate every culinary whim, from gluten-free and vegan options to specialty dietary requests. And, of course, no meal is complete without a delightful glass of wine or a craft cocktail from our extensive wine list.
