Art Works @ 7th

Artworks@7th is a vibrant art gallery located in the heart of North Beach, Maryland. Nestled in the charming Chesapeake Avenue, the gallery is a short stroll from the picturesque Bay, making it an ideal destination for art lovers and tourists alike. The gallery is open to the public from Thursday to Sunday, with extended summer hours from May to September, and winter hours from October to April.

At Artworks@7th, we are proud to showcase a diverse range of local and regional artists. Our artists' roster includes Kathleen Addario, Lesley Alexander, Maria Birnkammer, Katie Brinkley, Jacquelyn Dinora, Mary Gault, Nico Gozal, Barbara Hance, Lonnie Harkins, Corrita Myers, Suzanne Nawrot, Linda Owens, Jeanie Rupard, Barbara Sampson, Suzanne Shelden, Mike Smawley, Elaine Strong, Wayne Thomas, Donna Tizol, and Tracey Vernon. Each artist brings a unique perspective and style, creating a rich and varied collection that is constantly evolving.

Our current show, "Conversing in Colour", is a testament to the gallery's commitment to promoting artistic excellence and diversity. The exhibit features an array of artworks that explore the dialogue between colour and form, inviting viewers to engage with the art on a deeper level. In addition to our current show, we are excited to announce our upcoming event, "Where the Wild Things Are", featuring the work of guest artist Tara Hamilton. Tara is a Washington DC and Deale, MD-based watercolorist who specializes in capturing the contrasts of light and dark in her representational studies of landscapes, florals, and everyday urban and rural scenes. Her work is deeply rooted in her love for nature and the beauty of daily scenes around us.
