What grooming services do you offer?
We provide full-service grooming including baths, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, flea treatments, and de-shedding. Our mobile spa offers breed-specific cuts and specialized care for matted coats.
Do you groom pets other than dogs?
While we specialize in dog grooming, our trained professionals can also groom cats. We require cats to be in carriers and have appropriate vaccination records before service.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without prior notice incur a $50 fee. First-time clients who no-show will not be eligible for future appointments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards for all services. Payment is due at time of service, with NSF checks incurring a $25 fee plus bank charges.
Do you have a weight limit for pets?
Yes, we groom dogs up to 40 pounds. This ensures we maintain safe handling practices and provide quality care within our mobile spa's capacity.
How do you handle aggressive pets?
For safety reasons, we cannot groom aggressive animals. Clients must disclose any behavioral issues beforehand. We reserve the right to refuse service if pets cannot be handled safely.
