Kids Junction Summer Adventure Camp

At Kids Junction Summer Adventure Camp, we are committed to providing a fun, enriching, and safe environment for children to grow and develop their minds, bodies, and Christian character. Our mission is to partner with families to bring out the best in each child, and we strive to make a lifelong difference in the lives of children and their families.

Our History

Kids Junction Summer Adventure Camp was established in 2003 as a part of Kids Junction Learning Center in Madison, WI. Our founders, Dan and Vicky Olsen, had a vision to create a creative and engaging learning environment for children. With Sandra Olsen's 27 years of experience in directing preschool centers, they were able to bring their vision to life. Today, we continue to build on our founders' vision, providing high-quality summer camp programs for children entering kindergarten through 8th grade.

Our Programs

We offer two separate summer camp programs designed to meet the unique needs of children at different ages and stages. Our Summer Adventure Camp (SAC) program is designed for children entering kindergarten through 4th grade, while our Summer Adventure Camp Sr. (SAC Sr.) program is geared towards preteens and teens entering 5th through 8th grade. Both programs focus on character development, educational fun, and exciting physical activities, including sports, outdoor play, and team-building opportunities.

Our SAC program features daily field trips, character development, special guest presentations, educational fun, and exciting physical activities. Our SAC Sr. program takes it to the next level, offering diverse team-building activities, memorable field trips, and advanced project classes like pottery and jewelry creation.

Our Facilities

Our spacious classrooms provide a variety of station opportunities for children to select their daily activities. We also have access to the gymnasium and rooftop soccer field at the Princeton Club West, providing additional opportunities for physical activity and fun.

Our Teachers

Our teachers are selected for their energetic, outgoing, and fun-loving personalities that enhance their ability to positively guide young children. Most staff members have or are working towards a degree in an educational field and have completed a School-Age Certification course and a Summer Camp training program.
