Ravi, the staff, and the owner have all been commended for their friendly, helpful, and compassionate approach to customers. They have gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even accommodating last-minute changes and special requests. The staff is also knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent advice on flower selection and arrangements.
