Our Acupuncture therapy involves puncturing the skin with hair-thin, sterile, one-time-use needles on specific points on the body. This can relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and restore homeostasis through various mechanisms such as promoting blood flow, stimulating the body's built-in healing mechanism, releasing natural painkillers, and reducing stress.

Our Practitioner

Our practitioner, Julie Lemire Monfette, is nationally board-certified in Acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and licensed to practice in the state of Florida. She graduated from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale with a Master of Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor of Health Science. Julie is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, making her accessible to a wide range of patients.
