At Soul on Fire Xercise, we're not just another gym. We're a movement. Our mission is to create a space that welcomes all people and helps them ignite their internal fire through exercise and movement. This transformation not only positively impacts individuals but also families, communities, and beyond.

Our Philosophy

We believe in fostering a sound mind, a healthy body, and a strong spirit. A sound mind is about having the capacity to think, reason, and understand. We achieve this through honest self-reflection for personal growth, listening to understand, and self-discipline that respects others. A healthy body is maintained through exercise and healthy eating. We meet you where you are and create a gym culture where you can improve your muscular strength, cardio conditioning, mobility, flexibility, and balance.

Our Classes

Our classes are designed to cater to all levels of experience. Whether you're a pro or a novice, you'll find something that suits you. We offer a variety of classes including SOFX Fire, SOFX Burn, SOFX Ignite, Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga.

SOFX Fire is a class that will get your heart rate up with conditioning and strength movements targeting your upper body, lower body, and core. You'll scorch calories, rev up your metabolism, and leave feeling good. SOFX Burn is a high-volume total body strength class that will work your upper body and lower body muscles while challenging your strength endurance. SOFX Ignite focuses on working your core: abdominals, obliques, back, glutes, and balance.

Our Upper Body Strength and Lower Body Strength classes are traditional strength classes that incorporate exercises like squats, deadlifts, lunges, bench press, pull-ups, push press, and so much more. What sets our strength program apart is that we periodize our program for better strength results. It's a four-month period from which each month will focus on one stage in the NASM OPT model: stabilization, hypertrophy, maximum strength, and power.

Our yoga program includes Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. These classes are designed to help you relax, stretch, and strengthen your body and mind.

The workouts can be done on pace together or other times you are working at your own pace. However, the workouts aren't a piece of cake. You're going to have to work for your goals. That also means you are able to modify what you need to in order to get the work done. I was hesitant at first because new gyms and people can be intimidating. I would encourage you to give it a try.
