Our breads, including sandwich breads, rolls, baguettes, focaccia, and European rustic breads, are baked fresh daily using the finest ingredients.

French Pastries and Signature Cakes & Pies

Our French pastries, including Napoleons, eclairs, fruit tarts, and hazelnut Operas, are made with care and attention to detail. We also offer a range of signature cakes and pies, such as our Chantilly Cake, Tiramisu, Dobash Cheesecake, Lilikoi Whip Pie or Cake, Guava Whip Pie or Cake, and Mocha Cake, that are sure to please.

Our Story

Founded almost 50 years ago, The Patisserie Inc. is one of Hawaii's largest and oldest bakeries. We started as a small wholesale bakery with one retail cafe in Kahala, and have since grown to become a trusted provider of high-quality baked goods in the region. Our company was started by a German and a Frenchman, and is now owned by an Italian family, reflecting our commitment to European style breads, cakes, and pastries.
