Services
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service enhances natural light and improves property aesthetics through professional techniques. We serve residential homes and commercial buildings of all sizes, including high-rises, using specialized equipment for safe access. Regular maintenance prevents mineral buildup and extends window lifespan while maintaining clear visibility and curb appeal.
Pressure Washing
Professional pressure washing removes dirt, mold, and grime from exterior surfaces while preserving material integrity. We use hot water systems to tackle tough stains on concrete, wood, and siding for commercial properties like shopping centers, office buildings, and apartment complexes across the Pacific Northwest.
Gutter Cleaning
Our gutter cleaning service prevents water damage through debris removal and drainage system inspection. We handle commercial properties including government buildings and multi-residential complexes, using specialized access equipment to ensure complete system functionality and prevent structural risks from clogged gutters.
High-Rise Window Washing
Specialized high-rise window washing employs boatswain chairs and powered platforms for safe skyscraper maintenance. Our OSHA-compliant team performs bi-annual cleanings to prevent water staining and etching on tall buildings, using Tractel safety systems and eco-friendly solutions for optimal glass preservation.
Exterior Maintenance
Comprehensive exterior maintenance packages combine window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter services to protect commercial properties.
