With over 8,000 inspections completed, John has the expertise to inspect new homes, very old homes, and everything in between, ensuring a thorough and detailed evaluation of the property. John's professionalism and attention to detail have earned him a reputation for excellence in the industry.

Jan Eggenberg, co-owner of SUREHOME Inspection Services, brings her marketing and advertising background to the table, handling the business's marketing and business development efforts. Jan is a dedicated member of the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS, Women's Council of REALTORS, and the Southwest Iowa Area Realtors, actively participating in community events and charities.
