At Back of the Wasatch Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, our mission is to make a difference in the lives of our patients. In Office Benefits Program

Our In Office Benefits Program provides comprehensive and professional dental care to our patients without insurance claim forms, pre-authorizations, and other paperwork. Patients pay an annual fee and receive discounted fees at the time of service. This program offers no yearly deductibles and no annual maximums, with average savings for 2 adults being 42%.

Location and Hours

We are located at 321 West 1300 South, Suite 230, Heber City, UT 84032. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
