Founded by Wendy Lehnertz, our mission is to offer exceptional services that cater to the unique needs of each individual. Life Coaching

Our professional counseling services are designed to help individuals find their strength and internal wisdom. Our certified life coaches use a variety of modalities, including mindfulness, attachment theory, and psychobiological approaches to couples therapy, to help clients find the freedom they desire from current and past wounds.

Professional Consulting

At LifeSong Counseling Centers, we understand the importance of professional development and mentorship. Our certified professionals offer consultations and mentorship to other therapists, helping them build strong teams and achieve a healthy work-life balance.

Wendy Lehnertz, LMFT

As a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience, Wendy has worked with individuals and couples struggling with various issues, including destructive relationship patterns, post-traumatic stress disorder, and sexual and intimacy disruptions. She is trained in various modalities, including mindfulness, attachment theory, and psychobiological approaches to couples therapy.

Trevor Monreal, Certified Life/Relationship Coach

As a certified life coach, Trevor has been utilizing his expertise to help individuals and couples strengthen their relationships. He has expanded his certification to provide online relationship coaching, offering clients a supportive and conversational environment to work through their challenges.
