Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services focus on restoring mobility and reducing pain through evidence-based treatments. We address musculoskeletal conditions, post-surgical recovery, and chronic pain using hands-on techniques and functional movement analysis. Patients receive personalized exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, and overall physical function while learning to prevent future injuries.
Sports Medicine
Specialized sports medicine programs help athletes recover from injuries and enhance performance. Our certified specialists use sport-specific assessments to develop rehabilitation plans that address biomechanical imbalances and prevent re-injury. Treatment incorporates functional training, strength conditioning, and return-to-play protocols tailored to each athlete's specific sport requirements.
Custom Orthotics
Custom orthotic solutions address foot and lower limb biomechanical issues through personalized insole fabrication. Our experts conduct comprehensive gait analysis and weight-bearing assessments to create devices that improve alignment, reduce pain, and enhance overall body mechanics. The process includes fitting, adjustment, and footwear recommendations for optimal effectiveness.
Blood Flow Restriction Training
BFR training accelerates recovery and builds strength through controlled blood flow restriction techniques. This innovative approach uses low-intensity resistance exercises with specialized tourniquet systems to stimulate muscle growth and healing. It's particularly effective for post-surgical rehabilitation and muscle atrophy prevention while minimizing joint stress.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Specialized vestibular therapy addresses dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders through targeted exercise programs. Our certified therapists use evidence-based techniques to improve gaze stability, reduce dizziness symptoms, and enhance overall balance function. Treatment includes customized home exercise programs and progressive balance challenges to restore confidence in daily activities.

Questions
Do I need a doctor's referral for physical therapy?
California's Direct Access Law allows 12 visits or 45 days of PT without a prescription. We can also coordinate physician referrals if needed during your treatment.
What should I wear to physical therapy sessions?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows movement and exposes the treatment area. Supportive footwear is recommended for functional assessments and exercise sessions.
How long do typical therapy sessions last?
Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes, including hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercises, and patient education about home care and injury prevention.
What types of conditions do you treat?
We treat musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, vestibular disorders, and work-related injuries using evidence-based, functional approaches.
Do you accept insurance plans?
We're in-network with most major PPO/POS plans, Medicare, Tricare, and workers' compensation. For out-of-network plans, we offer competitive self-pay options and assistance with benefits verification.
What makes your approach different from other clinics?
Our Applied Functional Science approach combines biomechanical analysis with personalized treatment plans, focusing on root causes rather than symptoms through 1-on-1 therapy sessions with expert specialists.
