Our top four programmers have each surpassed the 30-year mark, demonstrating their unwavering dedication and expertise in the field. Our highly skilled machinists are hardworking, dedicated individuals who consistently aim to surpass customer expectations. 1. Express Line Service: Prototype Machining based on CAD models - We understand the importance of rapid prototyping in bringing your ideas to life. Our express line service is tailored to quickly and accurately produce prototype components based on CAD models.

2. Short-run Production: Short batch runs of 10 to 1000 pieces, plus long-term ongoing supplied parts - We are equipped to handle short-run production needs, efficiently and precisely manufacturing batches of 10 to 1000 pieces. Additionally, we provide long-term ongoing supplied parts, ensuring consistency and continuity in your production process.

3. Quality Assurance: In-house Inspection and Outside Inspection Services - At McArthur Machining, Inc., we prioritize quality. All inspection is performed in-house using Zeiss and Hexagon CMM Equipment. Upon request, we also provide outside inspection services, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and precision.

4. Assembly: Dowel Pin Inserts, Pressed Bushings, and Welded Assemblies - We offer assembly services, including dowel pin inserts, pressed bushings, and welded assemblies, ensuring a seamless transition from component production to final assembly.
