Our History

Sagent (formerly known as ProProse) began in Anne's backyard with a 550-square-foot pool house as the dog-friendly HQ. As the company grew, we sought a midtown Sacramento location with a similar vibe. We found it in a beautiful, 1903 single-family home on one-third acre with a big backyard. The building is listed in the National Historic Registry for its colonial revival style with shingle-style features. The bright colors, charming decor, and authentic details create a welcoming atmosphere that matches our values.
