• Jack Donaldson IV M.Ed, President & Founder: With 14 years of experience as a healthcare consultant and innovator, Jack has built a vast network of healthcare providers, manufacturers, distributors, and hospital group purchasing organizations. As the founder of Sanare Bioscience, he continues to advocate for patients, building value, and educating in the healthcare supply chain.

• Dr. Melissa Clarke CMO: A Harvard-trained emergency medicine physician, Dr. Clarke brings deep clinical, academic, and private sector healthcare experience. She has held leadership roles in healthcare system transformation, senior medical directorships in the insurance industry, and VP of Population Health for an integrated clinical network.

• Dan Blue, Executive Counsel: With a background in law, business, and healthcare banking, Dan serves as Sanare Bioscience's legal counsel and executive director of the Pharmaceutical Institute. He has extensive experience in the biopharma industry and healthcare banking sectors.

• Dr. Valerie Armstead CRO: With over 30 years of experience in pediatric, cardiovascular, and thoracic anesthesiology, Dr. Armstead remains active in medical and health education, clinical trials, and translational research. She has served as Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for numerous companies and currently is a Professor of Anesthesiology at Temple University Health System.

• Andrell Harrell, Chief Commercial Officer: Andrell has expertise in healthcare and sales strategy, operations, and customer engagement. He has held leadership roles in various healthcare organizations and has a track record of delivering customer-centric solutions.

• John McAdory, VP of Clinical Trials: With over 20 years of experience in clinical development, John leads the clinical trial operations at Sanare Bioscience. His expertise includes clinical study design, management, and reporting through all phases of clinical programs.

• Dr. Winston Parris, Professor Emeritus, Advisory Board Member: Dr. Parris is a world-renowned pain management specialist and professor emeritus with 50+ years of medical and research experience. He advises Sanare Bioscience on research and product development.
