These measures were developed in collaboration with stakeholders and demonstrate a facility's 5-year rolling compliance with state regulations related to each quality measure. • Emergency Disaster Planning: Ensuring that facilities have written disaster plans and that all staff is knowledgeable about the plan and prepared to execute it.

• Food and Nutrition: Ensuring that residents are served meals that meet their physical and nutritional needs.
• Resident Rights: Ensuring that residents are treated with dignity and respect and are fully educated on their rights.
• Staffing: Ensuring that facilities have an adequate number of trained and certified staff.
