Our Team

Our team is led by President and CEO Leonard Grado, who has 40 years of experience in the industry and has completed over $150 million of commercial product throughout California. Leonard has resided in El Dorado County since 1985 and has become well-known and highly regarded in El Dorado County, the City of Placerville, and the surrounding communities.

Our Projects

Some of our notable projects include the "Diamond Dorado Retail Center" $35 million, "The Crossings at El Dorado" $85 million, "Creekside Retail" $12 million, "Diamond Springs Retail" $4.2 million, "Forni Center Retail Plaza" $10.5 million, and "Greenwood Hills" $14 million, a master-planned community consisting of 265 single-family residential units. We have also developed retail products for numerous national tenants such as Auto Zone, Sizzler, Carls Jr, Walgreens, McDonald's, Denny's, National Dollar Store, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Big 5 Sporting Goods, 7-11, Circle K, Kragen Auto Parts, Staples, and Petsmart.
