Terry & Travis Warren have been in the construction and building industry since they were old enough to pick up a shovel. In 1994, they joined together to provide Central Maine with a wide array of professional earthwork services. They are fully insured and DEP-Certified in sediment control, and have been BBB Accredited since 2004.

We offer a variety of services including building site preparation, septic system installations, land clearing, and camp road maintenance. For building site preparation, we handle everything from preparing the site for a new home, garage, or barn to installing driveways and camp roads. Our expertise in septic system installations includes selecting the ideal location, designing and building both gravity fed and alternative septic systems in rural Central Maine. For land clearing, we consider factors like landscape, soil type, vegetation, and environmental concerns to ensure a smooth finish. Finally, we maintain camp roads and driveways year-round to ensure a smooth ride to your lake destination.
