Our company was founded in 2007 by Dakota Johnson, who has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Dakota started and ran the company with the goal of providing reliable and affordable lawn and landscaping services to customers in the area, and then expanded into excavation. In 2022, Waylon Cochran partnered with Dakota to build Southern into the company it is today. Waylon brought experience in business management and implemented vital processes within Southern. He is dedicated to the mission of Southern and believes in delivering the best quality of work to our customers in the most efficient manner.
