Reliable Relamping, Inc. was established with the mission of providing comprehensive lighting maintenance solutions to a diverse range of facilities, from manufacturing plants to large national retailers. Starting off as a small company with just one truck and five employees, Reliable Relamping, Inc. has expanded into a national lighting provider with a workforce of over 150 employees, a fleet of 40 lighting vehicles, and 60 aerial lifts. Our extensive resources enable us to cater to clients of any size, delivering high-quality lighting services.

Our extensive array of services includes Group Relamp, Scheduled Lighting Maintenance, Retrofitting, LED & Exit Sign Retrofitting, Lamp Recycling, and other electrical lighting projects. Currently, we serve over 1300 locations across the Midwest region and an additional 200 locations nationwide, with clients ranging from regional retailers to six of the top 30 U.S. retailers.

Scheduled Lighting Maintenance

At Reliable Relamping, Inc., we provide scheduled maintenance services to over 1200 locations in the United States. Our customized maintenance programs are designed to fit your unique lighting needs, with options including monthly, quarterly, annual, or on-call maintenance schedules. Our extensive inventory of materials on service trucks allows us to complete most service calls on the first trip.

Group Relamping

Group Relamping is a proactive maintenance strategy that we offer to our clients, which involves periodically restoring the lighting system to new by completely replacing all the lamps at a particular point in their life cycle. This program reduces labor costs by eliminating the need for redundant lamp replacements. By replacing all lamps simultaneously, we prevent the unsightly checkerboard appearance caused by different temperature lamps, create a consistent replacement schedule, minimize burnouts, and provide predictable expenses for budgeting.

Retrofitting

Retrofitting is an advanced lighting technology service offered by Reliable Relamping, Inc. that helps our clients transition to superior green lighting technology. At Reliable Relamping, Inc., we take environmental responsibility seriously. In 2021, we recycled over 1 million lamps, ensuring that the recycling process is handled in accordance with all state and federal regulations.
