Nestled in the historic city of Brooksville, Florida, Sparacia Witherill Family Winery & Vineyards is a family-owned winery and vineyard that boasts a stunning location overlooking beautiful Florida farmlands. At 275 feet above sea level, our winery and vineyards are among the highest elevations in the state of Florida, offering sultry breezes off the Gulf of Mexico and an ideal climate for growing native Muscadine (Vitis Rotundifolia) and Hybrid varieties of wine grapes.

As a joint collaboration between the Sparacia and Witherell families, united by a love for wine and giving back to the community, we are dedicated to producing the highest quality wines from the finest grapes and fruit that Florida has to offer. We believe that attention to every detail is the key to creating exceptional wines, and we strive to preserve the environment and insure the complex flavors that make each vintage unique.

Biodynamic Farming Methods and Sustainable Agricultural Practices

At Sparacia Witherill Family Winery & Vineyards, we believe that sustainable methods and Biodynamic farming are the future of winemaking. That's why we practice Biodynamic farming methods in our vineyards and have a policy of minimal intervention to preserve the environment and insure the complex flavors that make each vintage unique.

Our vineyards are meticulously maintained, with cover crops grown between the rows to attract beneficial insects, promote biodiversity, and improve soil health. We use natural compost and organic fertilizers to nourish the vines, and we carefully manage water usage to conserve this vital resource.
