Our Process
As custom home builders, we understand that each client is unique, and so are their needs. That's why we take the time to listen to our clients' desires and dreams for their new home, financial goals, and price range considerations, and the ideal location for their family. From there, we set about finding the right home site and designing the home of their dreams that stays within their budget.
We work with our clients every step of the way, from the initial planning and design phases to the construction of their new home. We have informative meetings to show our clients the planning and design steps and generally what they can expect when building their new home or commercial building. We send the home site survey to the architect or designer prior to the original design meeting so that the home is designed to the lot, and during the first architectural meeting, clients can provide verbal descriptions and pictures so that we can understand the vision they have for the new space. From there, we move through architecture drawings and revisions until the official blueprint is produced.
Once the blueprint is ready, we begin the bid process and set the budget, while the specifications are being finalized. We deliver the package to the lender, and the home is appraised. Once the lender approves the construction loan, we begin the construction of our clients' new homes, which typically takes 60-90 days from the first architectural meeting. Throughout the construction process, we have a series of meetings with a designer, local vendors, and suppliers for custom selections. Our skilled craftsmen work to ensure the home is finished to very high standards. We make sure everything is in order, and once the home is finished, we have an instructional meeting to show our clients the components of the home. After they move in, we have a final meeting for any minor flaws that might need to be taken care of. Our goal is to make the building experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
