Community High School

Welcome to Community High School, located in Roanoke, Virginia. We are a private, secular, college preparatory high school grounded in the liberal arts. Founded by a group of parents, many of whom are college professors, we sought to create a more innovative and responsive high school environment for our children. Our school is intentionally small, with classes designed to work in an intimate, seminar-based format. Our faculty includes working artists and scholars with advanced degrees, ensuring that our students receive a comprehensive liberal arts education and are thoroughly prepared for adulthood.
