Our Staff

Our staff at GRC is made up of experienced and trained professionals who have a diverse background in the construction industry. We believe in continually training and educating our staff to ensure that we maintain the best team possible. With an average of over 25 years in the construction industry, our project management staff uses their varied construction backgrounds to provide assistance in all areas, including critical field issues, design, value engineering, and permitting requirements. Each GRC jobsite is assigned a project superintendent to efficiently manage the day-to-day operations, including quality, safety, documentation, staffing, material delivery, and inspections.

Safety

At GRC, safety is our top priority. Our safety policy mandates strict adherence to all OSHA, MOSH, federal, state, and local safety guidelines. Our full-time safety manager/Director of Safety has an up-to-date understanding of today's safety regulations and performs regularly scheduled site inspections to ensure compliance for every field operation. Our diligence in maintaining a safe jobsite has been recognized by our clients and industry peers alike.
