About Our Founding and Philosophy

Our firm was founded in 2012 by attorney Dustin Torres, Esq., during a period of great transition in the business world. As the world recovered from the Great Recession of 2008, American business owners were working hard to rebound and adapt to the new economic landscape. Torres, a graduate of New York Law School, had established a successful litigation and small business law practice in New York City, where he worked with a range of clients from the music industry to entrepreneurs and small business owners. However, after years of practicing in the big city, Torres returned to his home state of Ohio, where he joined Crumpton Law LLC in Columbus. With his experience and expertise, he managed the firm's estate planning practice, handled business formation, contract drafting, and litigation for clients.
