Total Defense Martial Arts

Total Defense Martial Arts is a premier martial arts school located in Staunton, Virginia, offering classes for adults and children in Western-style boxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Our school is affiliated under black belt Dennis Hayes of HYBRID, in turn under Master Pedro Sauer. With a team of experienced instructors, we provide a safe and supportive environment for students of all ages and skill levels to learn and grow.

Our mission at Total Defense Martial Arts is to provide top-notch instruction in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing, while fostering a community of dedicated students who share our passion for martial arts. Our Services

We offer a variety of classes and programs for adults and children, including:

• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for adults and children aged 6 and up, covering fundamentals, intermediate, and advanced techniques
