At Capital City Gymnastics, we are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and supportive environment for individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their health and fitness goals. Our team of experienced coaches, led by owner Karimah Thorne, has over 30 years of combined experience in coaching gymnastics. We are committed to assisting individuals from diverse backgrounds, ages, and abilities to achieve their goals and develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Our Services

We offer a range of programs and classes designed to cater to individuals of all ages and skill levels. From preschoolers to adults, our programs are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Our classes are designed to promote physical fitness, coordination, strength, and flexibility, as well as social skills and confidence.

Preschool Classes

Our preschool classes are designed for children aged 3-5 years, focusing on basic gymnastics skills, coordination, and socialization. Our experienced coaches use games and activities to make learning fun and engaging. Our preschool classes are designed to promote physical development, coordination, and social skills, as well as introduce fundamental gymnastics skills.

Beginner to Advanced Recreational Classes

Our recreational classes are designed for children aged 5 years and up, covering basic to advanced gymnastics skills. Our classes focus on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall physical fitness, while promoting social skills and teamwork.

Tiny Tumblers and Tumbling Clinics

Our Tiny Tumblers program is designed for younger children to introduce them to basic gymnastics skills and coordination. Our tumbling clinics are perfect for children who want to improve their tumbling skills and build strength and flexibility.

Birthday Parties and Events

We offer customized birthday party packages and events to make your special day an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. Our trained coaches will ensure that your party is fun and engaging, with games, activities, and gymnastics skills to keep you and your guests entertained.
