We also provide specialized transport services, including a 40-ton traveling-axle trailer up to a 50-ton tri-axle detach trailer, perfect for hauling construction equipment, generators, machinery, and buses. Additionally, we offer additional services, including municipalities and towing/parking enforcement and impounds for the Akron Police Department, the Ohio State Patrol, and the Summit County Sherriff's office.
Our Story
Miller's Towing began as a small father-and-son towing operation established in 1968 by the Miller family in Green, Ohio. Providing towing services to the surrounding area, the Millers made a name for themselves. In 1977, we purchased Hemphill's Towing to better serve the community, and Miller's Towing moved to its current main facility on Waterloo Road in Akron. Over the years, our services have expanded to include many towing options for motorists, municipalities, and police departments.
