Our Story

At CP Machine Inc., we pride ourselves on being a full-service machine shop that has been serving the Bakken area since 2011. Our founders, Cameron Philabaum and Curt Rollins, recognized the need for a reliable and efficient machine shop in the region and set out to create a business that would exceed customer expectations. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we have grown from a small shop with one machine to a state-of-the-art facility with a wide range of advanced machinery and a team of experienced machinists.

Our Services

We offer a comprehensive range of machining services, including API drill pipe repair, drifts XT & GPDS series connections, phosphating tubing and casing connection repair, custom machining, and large part machining. Our advanced equipment, including CNC lathes, manual lathes, mills, and radial arm drills, enables us to handle even the most complex projects with ease. We also maintain a large inventory of certified materials, ensuring that we can meet our customers' needs quickly and efficiently.

Our History

Since our founding in 2011, we have continued to grow and evolve, expanding our services and machinery to meet the changing needs of our customers. In 2013, we became a licensee for NOV GrantPrideCo, a milestone that has enabled us to maintain all of the most widely used tubulars in the Bakken. Today, we are proud to have a combined shop experience of over 40 years, and we continue to focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and reliability.
