Legacy Dance Studio

Legacy Dance Studio, located at 7502 Porter Road, Niagara Falls, NY, 14304, is a renowned dance studio that has been shaping and molding dancers of all ages since 1944. The studio's rich history began with Miss Beverly Fletcher, who is identified as one of the foremost authorities of tap dance and its history. Miss Bev was a member of the Dance Hall of Fame and wrote Tapworks: A Tap Dictionary and Reference Manual, which is used in many colleges.

Our Services

Legacy Dance Studio offers a variety of services including dance classes, studio space for rent, and private dance party events. The studio is accepting to all ages, ethnicity, and creativity to express the art form of dance. Our dance classes include Tap, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Modern, Lyrical, Acro, Baby Groove, Tumble Tots, Musical Theater, Praise Dance, Experience Class (for experienced dancers 16 and up), and Competition Team (ballet and jazz are required). We also offer summer drop-in classes and private dance party events.

Meet Our Owner

Constance (Connie) Smith, the current owner of Legacy Dance Studio, has developed a close relationship with the Fletcher and Feuz Family. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, a concentration in American Studies, and a Dance Minor Degree, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Early Childhood Special Education. Connie has won various dance awards and has choreographed routines for parades, competitions, and local organizations throughout her years at Miss Bev's Dance Studio.

Our History Continues

After Miss. Bev retired, the dance studio was passed down to Miss Bev's daughter, Bambi Feuz. Bambi has recently passed down the studio to Connie Smith, ensuring the legacy continues. The studio has been the root of all other studios evolving in Western New York and Canada.
