Our Team
At Chester County Aviation, we're proud to have a team of instructors and maintenance professionals who are passionate about aviation. Our President, Ethan Crane, has been involved in aviation most of his life and has achieved his Commercial Instrument Single-Engine and Multi-Engine fixed wing ratings, as well as his Commercial Helicopter rating. Our Controller, Zach Clemens, has a background in business and biblical studies, and has owned and operated a landscaping business. Our Operations Manager, Connor Lapps, has a degree in Aeronautical Science and has served in the USAF as a Tactical Aircraft Maintainer.
Our Chief Instructor Pilots, including Joshua Wanagel and Jessica Robinson, are highly experienced pilots and instructors who have spent years flying a variety of aircraft. Our Assistant Chief Instructor Pilot, Tom Birsch, has been flying since 1995 and has flight instructed at CCA since 2010. We're proud to have a team that is dedicated to their craft and committed to providing the best possible service to our customers.
