Our Owner

Carl, the owner of Lane & Company Construction, has been working with his hands for over 35 years on various projects, both big and small, including carpentry, electrical, and plumbing projects. He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida and worked as a Project Manager for an engineering and construction company for over a decade. During this time, he oversaw numerous commercial and residential projects, including a major high-rise condo project in Channelside, Tampa.

With a strong desire to strike out on his own, Carl acquired a General Contracting license and has been specializing in residential home renovation, commercial buildout, and new home construction since 2009. He is extremely detail-oriented and focused on providing excellent customer service to every client.
