Berry Surveying Associates has been serving the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia for over 30 years. Our team, led by owner and licensed Professional Surveyor Don Berry, has completed numerous projects including subdivisions, commercial site plans, and individual resurveys. Don Berry personally oversees every project, conducting courthouse research and working closely with field crews on site to ensure that each project receives the attention to detail it deserves.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of land surveying services to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our boundary surveys include farm surveys, rural lot surveys, city lots, and subdivision lots, and we can resurvey and mark boundaries as needed. We also provide division services, including dividing lots, boundary adjustments, and subdivisions. Flood surveys are another area of expertise, with services including elevation certificates, LOMAs, and ELOMAs, and we can even help show that a house or structure is not in a mapped flood zone using GPS control surveys and elevations for Flood Map exceptions.

In addition to our surveying services, we also provide construction and utility layout services, including utility, road, and lot staking, as well as pre-development mapping, boundary, and control surveys. For commercial clients, we offer boundary and building location services, including ALTA title surveys. Don Berry, our owner and licensed Professional Surveyor, has been surveying since 1975, working in Maryland, Virginia, Missouri, and West Virginia. He founded Berry Surveying Associates in 1980 and has been dedicated to providing top-quality services ever since.
