Our Story
We are an owner-operated, family business that was born in 1996. Steve, our founder, was hooked on cleaning from the start and soon discovered his passion for helping clients preserve their carpets and ultimately save them money. With a goal to learn as much as he could about the industry, he earned his IICRC certification as a Master Cleaner, a designation reserved for the best in the industry. Along the way, he met and married Jan, another Santa Clarita native, and soon after, they became sole owners of Big Red Carpet Cleaning company in Santa Clarita.
