Tilly Little, our lead therapist, brings a unique blend of experience as a registered nurse, a licensed massage therapist, and a nationally certified massage and bodywork therapist. With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field and extensive training in various massage modalities, she is well-equipped to address a wide range of health and wellness needs. Her approach is centered around treating each client as an individual, ensuring a personalized experience that addresses both physical and spiritual well-being.

What to Expect

On your initial visit, you'll be asked to fill out a brief medical history form. Then, your therapist will guide you through a comprehensive discussion of your reasons for seeking massage and your goals. You'll then be taken to the massage room, where you'll undress to your comfort level and lie down on a comfortable massage table. Only the part of the body being worked on will be uncovered, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience.
