- Shiva Iman: A color specialist with over 20 years of experience, Shiva is certified as a cosmetology instructor.
- Firoozeh "ROSE" Delfariban: With over 20 years of experience, Rose is licensed in both the U.S. and Iran and is dedicated to providing exceptional beauty services.
Negative Experiences
Many customers have experienced poor services and unprofessional behavior from some of the stylists at Hair XPressions. One customer, Jenny Gibbons, had a terrible experience with Carol, who was rude, tacky, and unprofessional. Another customer, Novera Moazzem Chowdhury, was overcharged and had her hair damaged after a disastrous hair color service. Silver Skateboarder and Atklet Degaga also had negative reviews, citing subpar hair work and unAcceptable communication. Pamela Rodas had a very bad experience with Carol, who was rude, made fun of her hair, and damaged it in the process.
