Our Team

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Brian Thieneman, our President and CEO, has a background in corporate strategy and has worked with some of Louisville's most well-respected businesses. Robert J. Thieneman, Jr., our Executive Vice President, oversees our residential development projects and acts as principal broker for Louisville Realty Group. Our team is dedicated to building partnerships and creating successful projects that benefit our clients and the community.

Our History

Since 1958, we've managed and developed more than 20 communities in the Louisville area. We've also specialized in commercial real estate and currently manage over 800,000 sq. ft. of retail and office space in Louisville and throughout the region.
