Our Team

We are a team of dedicated professionals, each bringing their unique skills and expertise to every project. Our President and Founder, Justin Davis, is a 20-year veteran of the construction industry. He began his career as a sculptor and art director, but for the past 12 years, he has dedicated himself to constructing functional and beautiful homes for families in the Pacific Northwest. Gabe Fertman, our Lead Project Manager, is dedicated to guiding customers through the construction phases and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the process. Mike Gilroy serves as our Site Supervisor, ensuring that every project milestone and deadline is met. Stacey Roehrs, our Office Manager, brings over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management. Dan Sullender, Assistant Site Supervisor, has a background in automotive and mechanical industries, as well as project management. Doug Wenger, Lead Carpenter, brings 30 years of frame to finish carpentry skills. Cristian Sanchez, the newest member of our team, has worked with granite, quartz, and marble for the past 10 years.

Our Story

Island Crest Builders was founded in 2002 by Justin Davis. Our focus is on building high-quality homes and remodels that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations. We believe in transparency and use a software tool called Basecamp for clear communication, ensuring that every transaction and decision made is transparent to both the team and the client.

Our Process

Our process begins with a half-hour virtual meeting to discuss your project and options. Following this, we move on to the pre-construction agreement, which gets signed by both you and ICB, allowing us to proceed with the beginning stages of your project. Weekly meetings are held with the client to ensure that every aspect of the project is on track and that all parties are satisfied.
