Hair, nail, and specialty treatments like microblading require pre-booking. We recommend scheduling 2-4 weeks in advance for popular stylists.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we provide e-gift cards valid for all services and products. Cards purchased before November 5, 2023, are no longer accepted due to ownership changes.
Are piercings available year-round?
Body piercing services are unavailable July 14-October 27 due to staff maternity leave. Ear piercings remain available during this period with age restrictions.
How do color consultations work?
New clients receive a free 15-minute color consultation to discuss desired shades, maintenance requirements, and hair health considerations before service booking.
What nail service limitations exist?
We don't apply acrylic or dip polish but offer removal services for these from other salons at an additional charge to maintain nail health.
