At Grillfellas Catering Co., we specialize in authentic Santa Maria style BBQ. Our choice cuts of Tri-Tip, Rib Eye Steaks, and our Juicy Chicken are grilled over a live Red Oak wood fire. We never boil, bake or steam our meats. Our Carolina Pulled Pork and St. Louis style Spare Ribs with our special rubs and spices are smoked for hours using a combination of Apple, Cherry, and Hickory wood. Low and slow is the key. The way it was meant to be cooked!

Our homestyle side dishes can only be described as authentically delicious. They are always made fresh for each event. To fulfill your needs, we bring our BBQ and Catering trailer to your location or we drop off. • The All American: Perfect for all those family gatherings or patriotic holidays! Juicy handcrafted Angus Beef Cheeseburgers cooked fresh, full of smoky flavor. Paired with Chicago style Hot Dogs, and choice of two sides. Includes the traditional condiments.
• Pollo Asado: A traditional Mexican feast with a Grillfellas Twist! Whole Split Chicken smothered in a delicious citrus-based marinade. Grilled slowly to perfection over our mesquite wood. Includes tortillas and choice of two sides.
• The Ranchero: A delicious way to turn a party into a fiesta! Tender slices of Tri-Tip Steak, Chicken, and Citrus marinated Shrimp. Cooked with cilantro, bell peppers, and red onions. Includes our fresh homemade pico de gallo and tortillas.
• The Hawaiian LUAU: Teriyaki Chicken with Hawaiian Pulled Pork.
